Step 3: Compare Your Prices Fairly

Pricing can be one of the hardest parts of running a business. AI can help you find a "middle ground" that is fair to you and attractive to your customers.

Ask the AI: "What is the average price for a home cleaning service in a town like mine for a 3-bedroom house?" It will give you a range based on local data. This helps you ensure you aren't leaving money on the table, but also that you aren't accidentally pricing yourself out of the market.

Step 4: Create Your "Stand Out" Message

Now that you know what others are doing and what customers want, use the AI to write a short "elevator pitch" that explains why you are the best choice.

You can say: "Since my competitors don't offer weekend appointments, help me write a 2-sentence slogan that highlights my Saturday availability." The AI will give you several options that you can use on your business cards, website, or social media. By doing this research, you've turned a guessing game into a solid business strategy.
